Ground beef, green peppers, onions, and diced tomatoes simmered in tomato sauce and tossed with elbow macaroni, topped with crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
Marinated boneless chicken breast pan-seared and finished in the oven with fresh mozzarella, basil, and roma tomatoes. Served with a side of grilled vegetables (sweet bell peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, and red onion). Balsamic reduction served on the side to add before serving.
Breaded shrimp tossed in a tangy bang bang sauce. Served with flour tortillas, pineapple slaw, and a side of cilantro lime rice.
