An amazing blend of veggies and black beans made into a burger patty, piled high with citrus glazed eggplant and roasted bell pepper, served with a brioche bun and a side of hand-cut sweet potato fries with garlic aioli dipping sauce (this one is vegan if you forgo the bun and the garlic aioli!)
